Dr Tan Jian Jing

Dr Tan is a doctor with more than 15 years of experience. He was a Consultant Cardiologist prior to entering private practice. His area of subspecialty is in cardiac imaging, preventive cardiology and cardiac rehabilitation. He has board certifications in echocardiography and cardiac computed tomography and is also trained in cardiopulmonary exercise test and sports medicine.

He graduated from National University of Singapore in 2006 and obtained his Masters of Medicine (Internal Medicine) and Membership of Royal College of Physicians (UK) in 2012. He was accredited Specialist in Cardiology in 2017 and became a Fellow of Academy of Medicine Singapore in 2021. He has also obtained Graduate Diploma in Sports Medicine in 2021.

Dr Tan is an advocate for preventive medicine, adopts holistic approach and emphasises greatly on best patient care . He was the director of the Acute Myocardial Infarction Programme and Cardiac Rehabilitation in Changi General Hospital. He is a Certified Cardiac Rehab Practitioner who adopts multi-disciplinary approach in his clinical management. He believes that exercise is beneficial for most patients.

Dr Tan continues to contribute to his national duty as the appointed external specialist chairman in the SAF Specialist Medical Board. Been a SAF scholar and Clinical Assistant Professor for both Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Duke-NUS Medical School, Dr Tan has been actively involved in the education of doctors, nurses and most importantly, patients. He always prioritises delivery of best patient-centred care.

Mr Peter Lee

Peter is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Kidney Dialysis Foundation (KDF), a charity founded since 1996 that provides accessible, high-quality dialysis treatment, safe and holistic care to the needy patients and caregivers. Peter extensive decade of leadership experience span across public healthcare policy, planning, innovation, regulations, regional health operations, and community integration.

Peter previously served as Deputy Director at the Ministry of Health (MOH), where he was involved in healthcare regulations, patient safety, clinical quality improvement, organisation development, finance and budget and policy implementation. He spoke extensively at local and international healthcare management and quality improvement forum and served on various international committees and scientific conference posters judging panels. Following his concurrent appointments as the Executive Secretary of the Singapore Dental Council and Singapore Medical Council that license and regulate more than 20, 000 dental and medical practitioners, he moved on to hold the role of Director of Regional Health System Operations at SingHealth, overseeing integrated care delivery across healthcare institutions, and concurrently served as Director of Community Integration at Singapore General Hospital, driving initiatives that bridged hospital care with community-based support. Beyond his professional career, Peter is also involved in public and community service, as Chairman of Townsville Primary School, career advisor with Workforce Singapore and member of the Nominating Committee with Singapore Council of Women’s Organisation. In recognition of his exemplary public service, Peter was a recipient of multiple National Day and Long Service Awards.
