SBHS programme is aligned with global standards including the ones from UK International Health Coaching Association with locally relevant contents, designed to equip SBHS health and wellness coaches to deliver evidence-informed health and wellness coaching in a safe and ethical manner - empowering clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes. You will be prepared to practice confidently across diverse populations and healthcare as well as community settings, with a strong foundation in behavioural science and cultural competence, including a solid understanding of Singapore health system. Assessment of knowledge and competence are built into the programme design, allowing a direct registration into SBHS registry for Health and Wellness Coaches.
